Great Room in Savage Mill - Savage Maryland
A historic setting with modern day luxury. The Great Room
seats up to 300 people with 12-foot high windows and skylights.
The Great Room has a 20-foot by 40-foot long dance floor.
A private room for the bride with her own bathroom. A large
30-foot by 50-foot deck surrounded by trees and over looking
the Little Patuxent River. Stroll down to our historic train
bridge and have some great photos taken.

Oaks Ball Room - Clarksville Maryland
An elegant contemporary setting in Clarksville, Maryland.
Ten Oaks Ballroom seats 400 for a served meal and over 700
for a standup cocktail party. Upon arrival you will be greeted
by a lovely lobby area with a fireplace and barrel ceiling.
The ballroom has 2 6-foot Italian crystal chandeliers and
a 70-foot long dance floor. The room will split up in to 3
separate rooms if you would like to have your ceremony, cocktail
area and reception all in the same building. Also available
during the week for business functions.
This facility also provides large screens, in-house audio
systems for your corporate functions and the ability to have
separate rooms for ceremonies or cocktails - great for corporate
break out rooms.

event. The Savage Manor House has a heated and air-conditioned
porch that will seat 60 and 3 rooms throughout the house that

reception area also perfect for intimate corporate events
